Welcome to Fantasy Rides. By booking a seat on our shuttle service or using our website at luckylane.polsia.app (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Service Overview

Fantasy Rides operates a 13-passenger shuttle service running daily routes between the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area and WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma. We offer three daily departures from three pickup locations: Burleson, Fort Worth, and Denton, Texas.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are made through the Site and are subject to seat availability.
• A valid name and email address are required to complete a reservation.
• Each shuttle accommodates a maximum of 13 passengers per trip.
• A booking confirmation with a unique reference code will be provided upon successful reservation.
• Booking a seat does not guarantee your spot until full payment is received.

3. Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are per person.
• Unpaid reservations may be released 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
• Early bird pricing ($50/person round trip) is available for bookings made before May 18, 2026. After that date, standard pricing ($65/person round trip) applies.
• One-way trips are priced at $35/person.

4. Departure & Pickup

• Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Fantasy Rides will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may forfeit their seat without refund.
• Pickup locations are in the back of the parking lots at the designated stores (Lowe's in Burleson, Buc-ee's in Fort Worth, Sam's Club in Denton).
• Passengers must present their booking reference or confirmation email to the driver upon boarding.

5. Return Trips & Overnight Stays

• Round trip return times are fixed to the schedule paired with your departure time.
• Overnight passengers may return on the 9:30 AM shuttle the following day or any later run that day.
• Fantasy Rides is not responsible for hotel accommodations. Overnight guests arrange their own lodging at WinStar.

6. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must comply with all instructions from the driver.
• Alcohol consumption on the shuttle is not permitted.
• Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the shuttle.
• Fantasy Rides reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger who behaves in a disorderly, threatening, or unsafe manner.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Fantasy Rides is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations, changes, and refund eligibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Fantasy Rides is a transportation service only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with WinStar World Casino or any hotel/resort properties.
• Fantasy Rides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
• Fantasy Rides is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Fantasy Rides and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. Modifications

Fantasy Rides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our service shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
