• Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Information collected automatically:

• Analytics data: We use a lightweight analytics beacon to track anonymous visitor activity (page views, visitor IDs stored in localStorage). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• Device and browser information: Standard HTTP request data such as IP address, browser type, and operating system may be logged by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process your booking: To create and manage your shuttle reservation, generate booking references, and communicate trip details.
• Process payment: To facilitate secure payment through Stripe for your reservation.
• Send booking confirmations: To email you booking details, reminders, and any schedule changes that affect your trip.
• Customer support: To respond to your inquiries and resolve issues related to your booking.
• Improve our service: To analyze usage patterns and improve the booking experience and shuttle operations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processing: Booking and payment data is shared with Stripe to process transactions.
• Service providers: We may share limited information with hosting and infrastructure providers (Render, Neon) who help us operate the Site. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Safety: We may share information to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fantasy Rides, our passengers, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking records for a minimum of 2 years for operational, legal, and accounting purposes. After this period, personal data may be anonymized or deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

Our Site uses localStorage to store a randomly generated anonymous visitor ID for analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The visitor ID cannot be used to identify you personally.
