Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications work for Fantasy Rides shuttle service.

1. Cancellation Windows

Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to your scheduled departure:

48+ hours before departure Full refund
24 - 48 hours before departure 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before departure No refund
No-show (did not board) No refund

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, email us at luckylane@polsia.app with your booking reference code. Cancellations are processed based on the timestamp of your email.

5. Fantasy Rides Cancellations

In the rare event that Fantasy Rides cancels a trip (due to severe weather, mechanical issues, road closures, or insufficient bookings), you will receive:

We will notify you by email as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive after the shuttle has departed, this is treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued. We strongly recommend arriving at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

7. Early Bird Bookings

Cancellations of early bird bookings follow the same refund schedule above. If you rebook after the early bird deadline (May 18, 2026), the standard round trip rate ($65/person) will apply to the new booking.

8. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, please email us at luckylane@polsia.app with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
